On June 20, 2018, he was appointed to the post of head of the administration of the Kurchaloevsky municipal district, in the same year he was awarded the Order of Akhmat Kadyrov. On November 7, 2019, Khamzat Kadyrov was elected a member of the presidium of the regional political council of the Chechen regional branch of the party “United Russia”.
