Up for auction for a titanic price, the Parisian apartment of the German fashion designer, who died in February 2019 at the age of 85, was estimated at 5,300,000 euros during a sale led by Maître Bertrand Savour, of the Althemis office, March 26, 2024 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

With a breathtaking view of the Seine, the Tuileries garden and the Louvre museum, the apartment where Karl Lagerfeld resided during the last years of his life was obviously very popular.
