Hollywood couple Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s dream villa was on the real estate market for five months. Now they could sell their luxury property.
Katy Perry, 37, and Orlando Bloom, 45, had to settle for less profit than planned when they sold their house. Actually, the singer wanted to sell the luxury property in Beverly Hills for 19.5 million US dollars (about 19.1 million euros). However, the new owners were only willing to pay a sum of 18 million dollars. Exactly the price Perry himself paid for the house in 2017. What does the celebrity domicile have to offer?

The villa is described by real estate agency Hilton & Hyland as one of the “most private and special homes on the exclusive, gated celebrity enclave of Hidden Valley Road”. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, its own gym and an impressive pool.
