INFLUENCER and actor Keanu Angelo admitted that he often improvised acting for the film Dua Hati Biru, which he starred in, because the film director gave him freedom to explore many things.
“(I was left) free, I don’t have to read the script, it’s up to you! Very free. I feel I’m in the right hands,” said Keanu when met at the premiere of the film Dua Hati Biru in the Epicentrum area, South Jakarta, Thursday (4/4).
Even though he often improvises, Keanu still refers to the original script in this film so that his acting visuals don’t go out of the context of the story. For example, scenes when selling directly online and several other scenes.
“The script helps me to be more natural because (the characters in this film) are very close to my daily life,” he said.

For Keanu, being involved in the Dua Hati Biru film project was a good opportunity to learn because he could explore a role with unique characteristics in this film.
He was also grateful for the help of all parties in this film because the shooting process was able to run smoothly until the end.
“I’m really happy, it turns out I learned a lot from this film how important family, friends, support systems are,” said Keanu.

Meanwhile, director Gina S Noer explained the reasons why Keanu was chosen to be involved in this film project.
According to him, Keanu has excellent natural acting potential in his previous film work, so Gina was interested in working with the 26 year old man.
“Keanu is very supportive in the process and God willing, the players here will develop rapidly,” said Gina.
The film Dua Hati Biru stars a number of Indonesian actors and actresses, including Angga Yunanda, Nurra Datau, Farrel Rafisqy, Cut Mini, Arswendy Bening Swara, Lulu Tobing, Keanu Angelo, and others.
Dua Hati Biru will be shown simultaneously in cinemas throughout Indonesia starting April 17 2024. (Ant/Z-1)
