In his latest guidance to men planning to marry in Saudi Arabia or any Gulf country, Shaher Al-Sarhani, a prominent figure on social media platforms, provided essential advice for establishing a balanced, problem-free family, as he put it.
In a recently published video clip that became the talk of many people on Twitter, Al-Sarhani stressed the importance of choosing a partner carefully, noting that one should avoid marrying into a family in which women do not respect men, or from a family in which women show disregard for the rules of staying at home and showing modesty to others.
Al-Sarhani said frankly, “Do not marry a woman who does not respect the men in her home, do not marry someone who stays outside the house more than inside it, and do not marry someone who does not know the meaning of modesty. Listen to my advice and you will succeed in married life.”
Al-Sarhani emphasized the value of a modest woman who maintains her modesty, stressing that these qualities make her an object of respect and appreciation, and men do not approach her except with serious marriage intentions.
