King Carlos III led the procession from the coffin to the funeral chapel and there is a 15-kilometer queue to enter

A score of British anti-monarchist activists lined up this morning in front of the United Kingdom Parliament, not far from the entrance to Westminster Hall where the coffin of Elizabeth II was exposed to a public tribute, to testify to their refusal of the royal institution.

The militants, closely guarded by the agents, raised handwritten sheets with the motto “not my King” (“he is not my King”) to the home of Carlos III; or even with statements like: “The royalty is not at your service, they only think about getting rich.”

The demonstration was organized as a result of the protests that have been carried out on several fronts, also against the police in recent days, accused of having dragged and sometimes detained several protesters who – in London, Oxford, Edinburgh and other places – who expressed his dissidence against the monarchy on the sidelines linked to national mourning for the death of Elizabeth II.
