The President’s Office announced that the KBS Open Concert will be held on the 22nd at the Daejeongwon of the main building of the Blue House. The participation of President Yun Seok-yeol’s wife, Kim Kun-hee, is strongly considered for this event, which was prepared as a special feature for the opening of the Blue House site.

In a notice on the 21st, the presidential office said, “From the 10th to the 22nd, a public event to commemorate the opening of the Blue House is being held on the grounds of the Blue House, Gyeongbokgung, and Bukaksan for 13 days. Decorate the end,” he said.

It is the first time in 27 years since 1995 that an open concert was held at the Blue House.. Hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and broadcast by KBS, this concert opened its seats to the public who wished to see the site by taking advantage of the purpose of opening the Blue House to ‘a country where the people are the true masters’.

According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 29,237 people applied for the open concert, recording a high competition rate of about 20 to 1. 1500 finalists were selected through a random lottery.
