Russia is preparing a new wave of offensives once morest Ukraine for February 24, exactly one year following the start of the invasion.
In this regard, in recent days, the Russian armed forces have tested Ukraine’s defense capabilities near Zaporizhia, the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksii Danilov said on Radio Svoboda.
The official added that the Russian goal is to expand the borders “of the eastern Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts.” According to Danilov, the next few months will be very difficult for Ukraine “as Russia steps up offensives and Ukraine awaits much-needed arms deliveries recently promised by Western allies.”
