Torino prepares to host the opening matches of the L84 reigning Italian champions as they enter the Main Round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League, divisionecalcioa5.it reported this week. Thirty-two clubs across Europe have been whittled down to 31 following the withdrawal of Romanian side United Galati.
Turin Welcomes Group 7 Contenders
The tournament format splits the remaining sides into eight groups across two distinct paths. In the opening four groups, the top three teams advance to the round of 16, while only the group winners progress in the remaining brackets. L84 sits in Group 7 alongside Malta’s Luxol St. Andrews, Finland’s Futsal Mad Max, and Denmark’s Hjørring.
All Group 7 fixtures take place at 20:30 local time. The Italian hosts open their European campaign Wednesday, October 28, against Futsal Mad Max. Diego Rios’s squad then faces Hjørring on Thursday before concluding the round Saturday against Luxol St. Andrews. Futsal TV provides live streaming coverage for every match in the Turin group.
