László Vizoviczki was released from prison

László Vizoviczki has been released from prison, he learned Hungarian Nation. Years ago, the former lord of Hajógyári Island was sentenced to seven years in prison for budget fraud and bribing police officers. Since the criminal organization was found guilty of both cases, he might not receive a discount.

A few years ago, however, his two sentences were included in the total sentence, but thanks to a motion for legal remedy, another decision was made in this regard last December, which was favorable for Vizoviczki: the man’s total sentence was shortened to eight years and a few months. This decision was upheld by the Capital Court of Appeals acting in the second instance, it reads.

Pursuant to the above, the former owner of Hajógyári Island was able to go free, as the period he spent under arrest and under house arrest (under criminal supervision according to the new criminal procedure law) was credited to him.
