The Cabinet approved the Prime Minister’s draft decision to transfer the affiliation of New Cairo Central Hospital, affiliated to the Directorate of Health Affairs in Cairo, to the Secretariat of Specialized Medical Centers affiliated to the Ministry of Health and Population.

The Council of Ministers approved a draft decision of the President of the Republic to remove the status of public benefit from some publicly owned areas of the state, in the district of Alexandria Governorate, under the supervision of the Lakes Protection and Fisheries Development Authority, to be re-allocated in favor of the General Authority of Alexandria Port to be used as a backyard and a logistic area, with the aim of implementing future expansions. to the port of Alexandria.

This comes in implementation of the President’s directives to develop Egyptian ports to make Egypt a regional center in the field of maritime transport and logistics industry.
