Launch of the Tamyiz label by FCS-CGEM

AIn order to support companies and organisations, of all sizes and in all sectors, in structuring and enhancing customer relations, the CGEM Trade and Services Federation has launched the TAMYIZ by FCS-CGEM label.

This label meets four objectives: Promote companies and organizations that put the CUSTOMER at the center of their concerns by developing distinctive customer experiences, provide companies and organizations with a roadmap to enhance their customer relationship through clear and assessable commitments .

It is also a question of allowing beneficiary companies to adopt a Customer-oriented progress approach: differentiating attributes and finally, allowing companies and organizations to increase customer confidence and guarantee customer satisfaction.

The labeled company can apply for renewal at the end of this period. A follow-up assessment must be carried out 18 months from the date of obtaining the label.
