LeBron James was taunted by the high school player that drained the game-winning shot against his son’s team

Imagine being a high school senior basketball player in the playoffs in one of the last games you’ll play at your school and you hit a clutch game winning three-point shot in front of the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, LeBron Jamesin your school’s gym

But James on top of that, has two sons, Bronny and Bryce, playing for the team you just took the win away from, with the “King” just being able to nod his head after the taunt.

Well that’s a story that Christian Jonesfrom Bishop Montgomery High Schoolwill be able to tell his grandkids one day and he’ll have a TikTok video to back his story up.

“I pointed directly at LeBron and he just shook his head up and down. He couldn’t say nothing,” Jones expressed to Los Angeles Daily News.

LeBron James seemed to respect Christian Jones’ taunt

The game was being led by Sierra Canyon in the final seconds by just one point, when Christian Jones took the ball and drained a long three-point shot to gain the lead with just 3.9 seconds remaining on the game clock.

Jones immediately turned his back and pointed straight at LeBron James who was sitting courtside who could only nod in what we could asume was a gesture of appreciation for the shot and play, while many others suggest that LeBron James nodded because he thought his son’s team still had a chance to win the game.
