According to him, the woman was walking next to the scooter on Vokzalnaya Street. It is known in advance that hospitalized with foot burns.

Fontanka showed how in Kolomna lightning struck a tree next to people who were waist-deep in water. The administration of Kolomna said that precipitation would not stop in the near future, electric wires were cut off in the city and trees were knocked down.
