Mai Ezz El-Din has not yet been married and has only been engaged once to football player Mohamed Zidan, which is what she is always asked about in every media meeting.
Mai answered this question from her audience during a previous meeting with the media, Amr Adib, and said that she wants to take that step out of love, not a traditional marriage, and that she is like any girl who is proposed to by grooms, but she is looking for love.
