Kharkiv is once again in the spotlight
According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, at least one woman was injured in Kharkiv. An industrial plant was attacked and a fire broke out, he said on Telegram. The Russian armed forces had already targeted Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city in the east, on Sunday. In the small town of Zmiiv in the Kharkiv region, several people had to be rescued from the rubble of a house.
The governor of the region of the same name, Oleh Syniehubow, said on Telegram on Sunday that Russian S-300 missiles had hit the city of Kharkiv twice. There were also attacks in nearby Vovchansk. The two towns are close to the border with the Russian Belgorod region.
