As we told you a few days ago, Mattia Viti arrives at OGC Nice. The French club has agreed with Empoli to enlist the 20-year-old Italian central defender for the sum of 13 million euros + 2 million bonuses. After Marcin Bulka, whose purchase option was exercised, Alexis Beka Beka and Aaron Ramsey, he is the Gym’s fourth recruit this summer.
Left-handed central defender, Viti revealed himself last season for his first exercise in Serie A, taking part in 20 league matches. The duration of his contract was not specified, however. International Italian hope, he should quickly be accompanied by Kasper Schmeichel, expected in the coming hours on the Côte d’Azur.
