Max Verstappen spoke about his enthusiasm for the 2022 F1 Japan GP in a Red Bull Racing press release.
As last year’s F1 World Champion, Max Verstappen returns to Suzuka, Honda’s home GP. And if he wins this year’s F1 Japan GP and records the fastest lap, he will be confirmed as the second F1 world champion regardless of other drivers.
“I’m back in Japan after a long absence and I can’t wait to race at Suzuka,” commented Max Verstappen.
“I love being in Japan and have so many good memories here. The food is great and the fans are very special. They are very kind and polite.”
