Mayor Quintero did not attend the conciliation hearing with former EPM manager

It is the third time that Mayor Daniel Quintero does not attend the conciliation hearing with the former manager of EPM, Álvaro Guillermo Rendón, who filed a criminal complaint for defamation and violation of his honor and good name.

Quintero decided not to attend this summons made by the Prosecutor’s Office, in a clear omission to the call of justicedespite the fact that it was developed virtually through the Zoom application.

As if that were not enough, the entanglement grew for the Mayor, since the Prosecutor’s Office, at the request of Álvaro Guillermo, extended the investigation to influence peddling and abuse of authority, linked to the other two crimes: libel and slander.
