The Faculty of Medical Sciences of the National University of La Plata added a new controversy in the last few hours. The new authorities of the Graduate Center pointed out Dean Juan José Basualdo for preventing access to the physical space that belongs to them.
“As new authorities of the Graduate Center of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, despite having assumed two months ago, we have not been able to recover the physical place that our center has occupied in the last 20 years, on the ground floor of the faculty”, they expressed in a harsh statement.
“This space is locked, with no one to use it and from the Dean’s office we are denied access to it. Since then, we have found ourselves working from the internal patio of the Faculty, outdoors, with difficulties especially in this autumn/winter stage”, they argue.
On the other hand, they pointed out that “while this uncomfortable and overwhelming situation is resolved, we inform our representatives that they may contact the Graduate Center for any request or concern to our email or to the telephone numbers published in the section corresponding to graduates of the website of the Faculty.
