In recent months, reports of traffic violations committed by the minister’s vehicle have multiplied. Last September, the Israel Broadcasting Corporation revealed the traffic offense sheet of Minister Ben Gabir here. According to the publication, in 78 documented cases, Ben Gvir was busy on the phone, drove through a red light and at an excessive speed or drove without a valid license. In addition, he was caught about 20 times driving without a seat belt.

In August, the minister’s vehicle was involved in another traffic accident, when it went through a red light in Jerusalem. Ben Gabir was apparently not on an operational trip in that incident, but on his way to an interview. In the same accident, a private vehicle was damaged and there were no injuries.
