Leipzig – The parents of 13-year-old Marieke R. (13) were very worried about their daughter. She made her way to school punctually on Wednesday morning at around 8 a.m. – but never got there.
The desperate father started a search on Facebook in consultation with the police, which was shared 1000 times. In the evening, the police also searched publicly for the 13-year-old.
On Thursday night the redeeming news: “The young person was found in Leipzig and with the help of the police she returned to her parents safely,” said a police spokeswoman on Thursday morning.
