More than 50 people were martyred and more than 80 people were injured due to the latest Israeli bombardment on Palestinians

Ceasefire talks between Israel and Hamas have apparently stalled. On Sunday, the delegations of Hamas and Israel were in Cairo but did not meet. They are expected to meet sometime today (Monday).

In the meeting between Hamas and Israel, the deal regarding the exchange of prisoners and the ceasefire may also be finalized. Hamas says no date has been set for a ceasefire agreement.

On Sunday, the Hamas delegation met with mediators from the US, Egypt and Qatar in Cairo. On this occasion, there was a discussion about ensuring a ceasefire before Ramadan. Hamas has not yet provided the list of Israeli hostages as requested by the US and other mediators. Hamas has not given any explanation in this regard.

The Israeli delegation abstained from Sunday’s meetings. Hamas has emphasized that the ceasefire should be completed before Ramadan.

The Israeli military has promised an impartial investigation into the bombing and shooting of Palestinians gathering for aid. 193 Palestinians were martyred and more than 900 were injured in the attacks of the Israeli army.

Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas, says that we are trying to return the displaced Palestinians. He also said that like war, Israel conducts negotiations with confusion and disorganization.

At the same time, US senators met with Mahmoud Abbas, head of the Palestinian Authority. The American delegation included Cory Booker and Michael Bennett.

Mahmoud Abbas’ spokesman Mohammad Shatiya says that Gaza is facing massive destruction due to Israeli attacks. Aid, construction and economic recovery are needed in Gaza.

The Israeli army has targeted displaced Palestinians in new attacks. 10 Palestinians were martyred in the attack on Nusirat refugee camp. A large number of women and children are among the martyrs. The rescue vehicle was also bombed in which 9 people were martyred. 15 newborns died in Kamal Adwan Hospital due to lack of food.
