The plan is to place the diner on Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood. The relevant documents have already been submitted, informs Daily Mail.
The facility will operate 24 hours a day. In addition to food (the menu is not yet known), the place will be surrounded by charging stations for electric vehicles. There will also be several LED cinema screens for viewing short feature films lasting about 30 minutes – enough is enough for a standard meal and recharging Tesla.
It’s hard to figure out what the decor will look like from the diagrams posted online, but Elon Musk will probably prefer a more futuristic style. Inside, they plan to equip more than 200 seats.
Interestingly, it will be possible to pay at the diner, including with the help of Dogecoin cryptocurrencies. I noted it myself Tesla CEO.
It is worth noting that Elon Musk has been visiting the idea of opening his own restaurant for several years now. The entrepreneur tweeted about this desire back in 2018, and last year he filed for three trademarks related to possibly joining the restaurant business.
