Al-Marsad newspaper: The Egyptian artist, Mohamed Ghoneim, confirmed that he was subjected to severe pressure from his ex-wife, who is a well-known media figure, noting that she combined him with her ex-husband.
Ghoneim said that his ex-wife had deluded him into the end of her relationship with her first husband, but after 30 months of marriage, he discovered that she was still owed by him, and thus she had combined two men.
And Ghoneim added during his appearance on the Sada Al-Balad channel: “Cattle speak in the street and everywhere in the upper echelons, and the topic is old. I was respectful and the world covered.”
And the Egyptian artist continued, “I will not go out, in the end, I am a rugged man, and the issue is about two years old, and the case has been kept, and I respect the Egyptian judiciary and its rulings.”
He added, “She lied to me and deceived me that her relationship with her first husband had ended, and I discovered after 30 months of marriage that she was still owed by him. This showed me the black days of Qarn al-Kharub.”
And he continued: “You gave me and my children a gift, and after every need and after we reconciled and remained silent, she sat talking to me in the media and said that I was running after her.”
Ghoneim concluded his statements: “I spent 30 months in my house eating it, wearing it and drinking it.”
