Napa – Paul Pelosi, husband of the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nancy Pelosiwas arrested over the weekend in Northern California on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, police said Sunday.
Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested Saturday afternoon in Napa County, north of San Francisco.according to an arrest report from the police chief’s office.
He could face charges that include driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher, according to the report.
Pelosi was set on $5,000 bail for the two misdemeanors, records show.
At the moment, there are no more details about it.
California Highway Patrol Trooper Andrew Barclay said more information would be released later Sunday.
