The male owner said in the video that after the monkey was driven away, he found that a can of potato chips had been opened by the monkey and had eaten 1/3 of it, as well as a chocolate candy. That afternoon, the stray monkey was captured by a civil animal rescue organization. The founder of the organization, Huanzi, told Lizhi Video that in order to catch the monkeys, they set up a special group, and many people provided clues, and they have been following them for 4 days.
Huanzi said that the monkey was probably tired from running and hid in a tree 13 meters high. They had reported to the police in advance and used anesthesia needles provided by the hospital to beat the monkey down. Otherwise, the monkey would attack people.
