What does the municipal regulation say?


The municipal ordinance approved by the Deliberative Council, establishes that dance spaces, gastronomic establishments with dance activity and spaces for events and temporary structures can operate according to the following schedules:

a) Gastronomic establishments with dance activity and spaces for events with temporary structures, according to the following scheme: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday must close at 03:00. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must close at 05:00.

b) Dance spaces: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday must close at 04:00. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must close at 07:00.

In addition, it states that the hours and days may be made more flexible, keeping in relation to the proposed schedule scheme, for which permission must be requested at least 72 (seventy-two) business hours in advance, and the holder of the commercial license must or the organizer of the event submit a note addressed to the Application Authority for the purpose of evaluating the corresponding authorization.
