Omani cave exploration team finds new cave in Dakhiliya Governorate The new cave is located in the village of Safi Zahra in Jabal Akhdar in Nizwa district.
The cave was discovered as part of the efforts of the Omani Caves Exploration Team, which has explored and documented more than 100 caves in the Sultanate over the past five years.
Residents of the Safi Zahra area helped the explorers to find the cave site. With the discovery of the new cave, it is hoped that the area will be transformed into a heritage tourist destination and attract many tourists.
