Abu Dhabi residents and government employees have the opportunity to participate in the project. Experts in the tech-industry sector should co-operate with the project. ADSG Dean Sumayya Abdul Aziz Al Hosani said the project will provide an opportunity for those who are part of the project to acquire technology and become professionals in the digital sector.

The duration of the initial phase (challenge phase) of the project is four weeks. Out of those who successfully complete this, the best 5,000 performers will be selected for the second phase (Connect Phase). The course at this stage will be led by experts from UDACT, a global technical education platform.
