Xiaomi is arguably best known outside of China for its smartphone divisions. However, it also sells displays such as Curved gaming screen ($289.99 currently on Amazon). Today it introduces the Redmi Display A27Q 2025, which is based on the display of the same name that it has stopped selling on its website.

First, Xiaomi has boosted the Redmi Display A27Q to a 100Hz refresh rate, a 33% improvement over the previous peak of 75Hz. The 27-inch IPS display still displays 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, while maintaining a 6ms response time and 95% DCI. -P3 color space coverage, along with <2 Delta E color deviation and 8-bit color depth. In other words, these elements are unchanged from today's Redmi Display A27Q.

On the other hand, Xiaomi has removed the USB hub in the old Redmi Display A27Q. As a reminder, this included a pair of USB Type-A ports and a single Type-C connection that lets you connect and power a laptop with a single cable. Instead, the Redmi Display A27Q 2025 only contains DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0 connections and a 3.5 mm jack. For now, the Redmi Display A27Q 2025 is only available in China, where it will initially sell for CNY 749 (~$103) before increasing to CNY 999 (~$138). Unfortunately, Xiaomi has yet to confirm plans to offer the display globally.
