The official spokesman for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Saad Al Hammad, announced today (Sunday) the 92nd National Day holiday for the private and non-profit sectors.
He explained that (Friday), corresponding to the 27th of Safar 1444 AH and the 23rd of September, will be the National Day holiday for the two sectors.
He stressed the need for every employer to comply with what was stated in the second paragraph of Article 24 of the executive regulations of the labor system, one of which states that the worker shall be compensated for the National Day leave, if it overlaps with the weekly rest day, with an equivalent before or after the day off.
