NFL Week 2: Exciting Sunday Games and Monday Night Showdowns

2023-09-17 14:05:21

The second Sunday of the NFL arrived with quite attractive games. Some teams are looking to forget last week’s defeats, others are trying to keep up the pace, and there are those that want to find stability after significant injuries to their players. On Thursday, the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Minnesota Vikings 34-28.

Among the eight games that will begin at 11:00 a.m., central Mexico time, Baltimore’s visit to Cincinnati stands out in an interesting divisional duel. The fans will also be able to enjoy the Raiders against the Bills in Buffalo and follow Patrick Mahomes closely when the Chiefs deploy their entire arsenal in Jacksonville against the Jaguars.

In the window at 2:05 p.m. and 2:25 p.m., all eyes will be on AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys who will do the honors to the Jets without star Aaron Rodgers, who will miss the rest of the season with a Achilles tendon injury suffered in just his fourth play with the New Yorkers. Both teams were victorious on the first day and have elite defenses.

Sunday Night Football will be played between the Dolphins and Patriots in Foxborough. Both Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill want to continue what was done in Los Angeles and destroy Bill Belichick’s defensive plans. New England lost the first game of the year but didn’t look as bad as many expected against Philadelphia.

Monday Night Football comes in a combo. Panthers face Saints and Steelers face Browns. Cleveland hasn’t started a 2-0 season since 1993, Pittsburgh hasn’t started losing two at home since 1952.
