Nicole Kidman and Antonio Banderas in erotic thriller “Babygirl”

Studio A24 announced the cast for the film on Tuesday (local time). The Briton Harris Dickinson (“The Song of the Crayfish”), the Australian Sophie Wilde (“Talk to Me”) and the Frenchman Jean Reno (“Ronin”) are also on board.

The thriller revolves around an influential boss (Kidman) who has an affair with a young intern (Dickinson). Banderas plays her husband. The film is directed by Dutch actress and filmmaker Halina Reijn, who also wrote the script. She made her directorial debut with “Instinct” in 2019, followed by the horror satire “Bodies Bodies Bodies” (2022). According to Variety, filming will begin in New York this year.
