Novak Djokovic, who won his fourth US Open, is said to have an estimated net worth of around $270 million. This sportsman who continues to break records has houses all over the world.

From Monte Carlo to Belgrade, these luxurious homes are worthy of one of the world’s most revered athletes.

Here’s where he lives…

MIAMI

The most recent addition to Djokovic’s living quarters is this stunning Miami Beach mansion.

He purchased Eighty Seven Park, a luxury development in Florida nestled in the middle of a 35-acre park in 2020.

The property has a 25-foot wraparound balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, bay, park and city.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as numerous amenities. The development has two private swimming pools and an exclusive underground spa. This includes a 55-foot heated pool, as well as a sauna, steam room, and fitness center.

NEW YORK

Whenever the US Open is in New York, it’s likely that Novak will be staying in one of its New York penthouses.

He purchased 2 luxury apartments in New York City for around $13 million in 2017.

The apartments are located at 565 Broome in New York’s Soho neighborhood and designed by renowned architect Renzo Piano.

As the two apartments are not adjacent, he will not be able to combine them, however, they would be on the same floor. Features include white oak floors, Balsatina lava stone kitchen worktops, custom furniture and heated floors.

Some apartments have their own swimming pool and terrace and common amenities include a lounge with library, outdoor terrace, large swimming pool, gym with spa, media room and self-parking with private driveway.

MONTECARLO

Like many athletes, Novak has a house in Monaco. Of course, Monte-Carlo is a highly publicized tax haven, thanks to its personal and corporate tax laws and policies.

Monte Carlo also offers a luxurious lifestyle, as well as a great economy. Not much is known about how much Novak paid for his hillside property, nor its details, however, we do know that it faces the Mediterranean Sea.

BELGRADE

If Djokovic returns to his homeland, he will own a penthouse in New Belgrade. He loves spending his summers there with his family, and it’s easy to understand why. The luxury house is built on the banks of Lake Pavlovac.

There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge dining room and a kitchen, as well as spacious parking.

On the terrace, there is even a swimming pool.
