Launched several years ago by the former mayor, Jean François Ntoutoume Emane, the construction work on the future major city of Libreville had been abandoned. The La Peyrie site selected to host the project is overgrown with tall grass.

During the discussions, the Head of State and the Special Delegate also discussed the project of construction of an administrative court at the town hall of the second district.

General Judes Ibrahim Rapontchombo gave the President of the Transition an update on the earthworks at the town hall of the second district, which started several weeks ago.

Oligui Nguéma wants to build modern infrastructure for the benefit of the populations.
