The water was pouring down in heavy rain. Meanwhile, he notices that two children are trapped. He immediately mustered up the courage to go down to the stabbing plaintiff and handcuff the children.

Others came to his aid by providing ropes and other facilities from near the plaintiff. The video of the rescue went viral on social media within seconds. Many in the country, including Dahira, Dakhilia, North Sharqia and South Batina, have been flooded with protesters over the past summer rains.
The Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority had earlier warned plaintiffs to avoid sitting near them and to monitor children and not leave them alone in such places. But regardless of this, there are many who cross the plaintiff.
