The French challenger Onepoint, a specialist in digital transformation, is coming back to attack Atos, one of the most undermined issues at the moment in the French business world.

The relatively small company of David Layani which, with the British fund ICG, had broken into the Atos file in September 2022 by offering to buy the most promising businesses of the former French IT flagship, has in fact announced this Wednesday to the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of Atos’ capital.
