Jasmin Ouschan from Carinthia won the Masters tournament of the Women’s Professional Billiard Association (WPBA) in Mount Pleasant in the US state of Michigan on Sunday (local time). In the final, the record European champion defeated the English world number one Kelly Fisher 10:8.
“This win means a lot to me because I know how hard I worked for it. It hasn’t always been easy lately and I’ve had to deal with some tough defeats and unfortunately watch the World Games from home. Standing here now gives a lot of strength,” said Ouschan followingwards.
