Pakistan Wins 11 Categories at ASOCIO Digital and AI Awards 2026

Amid the expansion of the nation’s digital economy, Pakistan’s tech industry secured victories across 11 categories during the ASOCIO) Digital and AI Awards 2026 held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The awards were presented during the Asocio Digital & AI Summit 2026 Award Night, held on October 6 at the Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. The annual event brought together technology organisations from 26 economies across the Asia-Oceania region to celebrate innovation and information technology adoption.

Dr Shoab A. Khan, Chairman of the Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT and ITES (P@SHA), welcomed the achievement. He said the success shows the range of innovation and digital transformation taking place within Pakistan’s IT sector.

A P@SHA delegation represented Pakistan at the ceremony in Jakarta. Headed by Dr Shoab Khan, the group also featured P@SHA Central Executive Committee member and Asocio vice chairman Muhammad Zohaib Khan, as well as Zain Tariq, who serves as manager of special initiatives at P@SHA.

The recognised organisations span a wide array of disciplines, highlighting domestic capabilities in applied artificial intelligence, digital governance, and talent development.

During the ceremony in Indonesia, the awards for Symmetry Group, SECUREBEANS, and Geekinn were received on behalf of the respective organisations by Dr Shoab Khan, Muhammad Zohaib Khan, and Zain Tariq.

According to P@SHA, this acknowledgement from the region highlights the nation’s advancing expertise in practical artificial intelligence concerning financial services, healthcare, agriculture, workforce development, education, and public services.
