Ramsay Santé, leader in private hospitalization and primary care in France and Europe, is positioning itself as a learning company thanks to the signing, on October 6, of a major partnership with one of the most large networks of schools for paramedical professions: Croix-Rouge Compétence, training sector of the French Red Cross.
In a national context of labor shortage in healthcare establishments, Ramsay Santé is joining forces with Croix-Rouge Compétence, with the aim of promoting healthcare professions, attracting and training new talents, developing skills internally and disseminate its corporate culture more widely.
Croix-Rouge Compétence is a network of schools on a national scale which offers initial and continuing training for professions in care, health and the medico-social sector (nurse, nursing assistant, childcare assistant, manager health care, masseur-physiotherapist, ambulance driver, stretcher bearer, educational and social support worker, social service assistant, specialized educator, etc.).
Tailor-made support for work-study students
While dropout rates during training courses are particularly high, particularly for nursing students, this strategic merger aims to enable students to complete their training in optimal conditions through learning and development of work-study within Ramsay Santé establishments.
That implies :
– The implementation of a complete and personalized internship course – 100% Ramsay Santé (reception, support and monitoring within Ramsay Santé establishments throughout France);
– Dissemination of good practices and culture Ramsay Santé within dedicated groups (tutorials, practical work).
– The intervention of health professionals working within Ramsay Santé establishments in these groups in order to disseminate good practices.
– Training of apprenticeship masters.
A large catalog of continuing training for employees
This partnership is also an opportunity for current Ramsay Santé employees to develop their skills through continuing training provided by Croix Rouge Compétence. In fact, the Croix Rouge Compétence training catalog is now integrated into that of Ramsay Santé. Healthcare professionals can thus access innovative and certifying training courses.
Attract new talent
As part of this partnership, Ramsay Santé will give priority to students from Croix Rouge Compétence, particularly for the granting of internship sites. In return, Croix Rouge Compétence undertakes to offer Ramsay Santé internship sites to students in training and will promote the brand during dedicated events (open days, job dating, forums and professional fairs).
The challenge of this partnership remains win-win for our two entities. On the one hand, it allows Croix-Rouge Compétence to have a national network of health establishments for granting internships to its students. On the other hand, it gives us the opportunity to promote our establishments, our teams, our professions, our equipment, and our culture to its students and during its events, in order to attract new talents.
