Until June 16, health professionals working in health or medico-social establishments are invited to participate in the survey carried out by the French Institute for Patient Experience (Ifep) on their perception and expectations.
The French Institute for Patient Experience is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help make the patient experience a lever for improving the healthcare system in France. Its “barometer of the patient experience” measures the evolution of the appropriation of its issues. The results also contribute to defining relevant means of action to improve the experience of people received within the health system.
