After Thursday’s national outage at Postfinance, the Swiss Post’s banking subsidiary continued to struggle with system problems on Friday. Payments with the Postcard were still only possible to a limited extent, Postfinance said.
Cash withdrawals at Postomats are once more possible without problems, Postfinance spokeswoman Dörte Horn told Keystone-ATS.
On Thursday, the company encountered problems with several systems, including Postomats and Twint. In the evening, cash withdrawals were once more possible. Payments with Twint and credit cards also worked once more.
