Luksic has made public his trip to Qatar, which he made to support the Croatian team in the last leg of the World Cup.

In the previous phases, Luksic closely followed the progress of his team and had even promised his followers on Twitter a barbecue and contests in case the Balkans managed to win the championship.
Meanwhile, Sebastián Piñera and his son of the same name have also been in Qatar for several days, where they witnessed the semifinal between Croatia and Argentina last Tuesday.

Piñera and Luksic in the final, but separated
Both Chilean businessmen stayed until this Sunday to witness the grand final, played by Argentina and France at the Lusail Stadium.

At the start of the match, President Gabriel Boric sent a clear message of support for Argentina. But Piñera apparently chose differently. Everything indicates that he supported France, since he was seen in the stands with the president of that country, Emmanuel Macron, as well as with Brigitte Macron, the first lady.
Piñera and Luksic had lunch together, but reportedly disagreed on which team to root for in the final.
