Plane crash victim in Australia, investigation into the incident continues

A small plane crashed near the hotel of the Indian cricket team in Australia, fortunately no one was injured in the accident.

A plane crashed just 30 kilometers away from the hotel where the Indian cricket team is spending quarantine days in Sydney, Australia.

The Indian team is currently staying at the Sydney Olympic Park Hotel, a few players were in a shed when the incident happened four days ago.

The senior vice-president of Cromer Cricket Club, who was there, says that when he saw the plane approaching fast, he shouted “Run, run” and got up himself. They feared that the plane would hit the roof of the shed.

The plane was flown by a young pilot from the Sydney Flying Academy, with a co-pilot on board.

It seems that the plane went out of control of the young pilot after which he crash-landed, both of them survived the accident but both were seriously injured.

While being taken to the hospital, one’s face was covered with blood while the other’s leg was broken. The incident is being further investigated.

The Indian team has narrowly escaped the accident, the Indian team has arrived in Australia on a long tour of more than 2 months and is currently in quarantine.

Both teams will play 3 ODIs, 3 T20Is and 4 Tests in this tour. The tour will begin with the first ODI on November 27.
