It is written, “If you do not meet the qualifications or it is difficult to sign a contract due to financial circumstances, please refrain from applying for a subscription.”
This notice has been published since the third non-priority subscription held in July. The notice contains cautions such as △The sale price exceeds KRW 1 billion (minimum of KRW 100 million in down payment), there is a possibility that it may not be possible to borrow a mid-payment payment △ Re-winner limit for 10 years △ Only residents of Seoul △ Only the homeless (all members of the family are homeless).
You can easily find notices for occupant recruitment that contain these guidelines. Non-priority subscription is a procedure in which the contract is canceled due to fraudulent subscription, etc., or the remaining quantity is supplied to other end-users because the number of subscribers falls short of the number of households in this subscription. You can apply if you do not use a subscription account and meet the requirements of residence and homelessness.
