The recording shows the moment when the agents surround the truck to arrest the thief.
It is also heard when they yell at him to get in by throwing himself on the ground:
“Pull yourself!!! Throw yourself away!!!, Throw yourself away!!!, while the municipal officers broke the windows of the door to get into the truck.
Finally, Jorge Antonio JV was arrested for his alleged responsibility in committing the crime of vehicle theft, damage to the municipality and/or whatever results, the Municipal Police reported.
