From RN, deputy Frank Sauerbaum, stated: “I understand that it is an investigation that is being carried out within the framework of the Conventions case, but there is a fundamental issue that has to do with the distribution of resources in the regional governments, in the municipalities, which are the ones who today manage a very significant amount of money with little oversight, and there we enter into the discussion of whether regional councilors and councilors have sufficient powers, sufficient capabilities and “sufficient advice to be able to carry out the corresponding inspection.”
