Gran Turismo 7, the new installment of the racing video game saga that will be released on March 4, will have multiple customization possibilities, from driving to vehicles, as well as different game modes that start with the rally of music.
PlayStation held this Wednesday a State of Play event dedicated exclusively to Gran Turismo 7, a video game from its studios that will come to its PS4 consoles and, for the first time, to the new generation of PS5.
The Sony division has shown 30 minutes of video game content, with new game sequences and information about the game modes that will come to the new installment of the racing video game saga for PlayStation born in 1997.
“Gran Turismo 7 was created to celebrate the automotive culture in the modern world and to inspire people to become part of it,” PlayStation Content Communications Manager Brett Elston said in a statement.
The first game mode that players of the PlayStation title will experience is to drive a ’56 Porsche Carrera Speedster through the music rally, where you must reach the checkpoints before time runs out.
With an early arcade game format, players can customize the driving controls and configure the behavior of the steering wheel, pedals and race assist presets (auto brakes, braking zones, lines, etc.).
Users will have to use the initial credits that the game gives them to start buying a second-hand vehicle, among different options from brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mini, Dodge or Subaru.
They can then use the garage and the new cafeteria, which offers rewards through menu book activities. For its part, in the license center players can unlock driving tests.
Another element of Gran Turismo 7 is the Mod Shop, where you can access parts to customize vehicles and unlock new parts, to which is added a special championship in the High Speed Ring that gives access to Brand Central , where you can buy new vehicles from more than 50 manufacturers and tuners.
As the user progresses through the game, they will be able to explore more features, such as GT Auto, where you can change the appearance of the cars and perform maintenance work, the skin editor, Scapes and race photos, among others.
