Al-Marsad newspaper: Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization, urged countries to undertake the necessary reforms to prepare for a possible next epidemic.
“We cannot postpone this,” Ghebreyesus said in a speech during the General Assembly of the United Nations organization, Monday, warning that the next epidemic “is likely to happen soon.”
He added, “If we don’t implement the necessary changes, who will? And if we don’t implement them now, when?”
